Nicole Cooling-Long
Managing Director
I’m Nicole Cooling I’m the founder of Recra Consulting.
Recra was created off the back of a really negative situation and launched in March 2020, as a result it gave me all the strength, motivation and drive to do everything possible to make my dream succeed.. even a pandemic couldn’t stop me!
I like to think of myself as a super positive and extra sparkly individual who will do all I can to help people, I’m naturally an out of the box thinker and like to always pop an innovative spin on anything I do.
I believe there is always a reason to smile and will always find a positive in any situation. I am a single mummy to two beautiful children Jude the dude and Till Zilla and they are my natural motivators.
I am lucky to have a fantastic team within the business and we all have the same goal and motivations, to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates, underpinned by an honest and ethical approach.
Ashley Cooling-Long
Operations Director
Ashley has over 25 years of Recruitment expertise and has coved a number of industry sectors but predominately Industrial & Driving within the Temporary market.
He comes with a wealth of recruitment expertise and brings a new dynamic to the team. He is a great character, meticulous in his processes and is definitely someone who can build strong relationships. Ashley has a passion for simplifying the recruitment processes for business and prefers to act as a further extension to your Recruitment team and will always look to create a bespoke solution to suit your business needs.
You can generally catch Ashley on site in a high-vis jacket ensuring everything is running swimmingly.

Megan is one of life’s great souls, she is an ambassador of kindness and a true believer in supporting each other which is an amazing stand out quality that I love about her. She is honest, ethical and is naturally motivated.
She Landed her first placement 9 days into her recruitment career, she is motivated by success and ensuring she provides the perfect service to her clients and candidates. Making their experience a wholesome one.
Megan brings a vibrance to the office with her random stories and tales and sheer excitement when achieving her goals. Plus you’ll never see anyone ring the bell with such joy!
Anna Baranska

Anna is someone who prides herself on an exceptional client and candidate journey, she has 5 years recruitment experience and has vast experience managing high volume recruitment contracts.
Anna is meticulous when it comes to planning and communication and will always go above and beyond.
Anna is someone who has a kind heart and always tries to help others. She has a great personality and is a great addition to the Recra family.
Sherrie Brightmore
Recruitment Specialist
Sherrie brings a dynamic energy to her role, fuelled by her robust background in dance which enhances her confidence and natural ability to forge strong connections and relationships. Her keen sense for identifying talent and understanding the critical importance of aligning the right individuals with the right businesses makes her a key player in ensuring successful, enduring placements. With more than five years in recruitment, Sherrie ensures that the entire hiring process is streamlined and pleasant for everyone involved.
Charlotte Butler
Recruitment Team Leader
Charlotte is a great character, she has the ability to build strong relationships and when you meet her you instantly feel like you’ve known her for years.
She has a proactive attitude and is someone that is motivated by helping others, she has been working at Leicester Royal infirmary for years and has communicated and supported people of all levels and walks of life.
When meeting Charlotte I knew she was made for recruitment, the passion for helping people, her personality and her ethics really makes her a perfect Recra fit.
Abbey Nelsey

Abbey is a warm and wonderful person, she is tenacious, driven and is a girl with a great future ahead of her. She comes from a Heavy Engineering background due to being part of a successful business for a number of years.
Abbey understands how manufacturing works and the kind of individuals needed to keep a successful ship moving. When Abbey isn’t in the office you’ll generally see her at glamorous events or running around ball pits.
Dollie the Dog
Office Wellbeing Coach
Dollie joined the Recra family in April and has bought additional smiles and laughter to the office. She is supportive and always there to lend a paw, she gives amazing cuddles. She applied for a job as office security but with her only being a tiny dot we thought the Wellbeing role was far better suited.
